Appointments

Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM   Friday 8:30AM - Noon. Saturday morning appointments are available during the school year for orthodontic & pediatric hygiene services only.

We request 24-hour notice if cancellation of an appointment is necessary.

Dental Insurance

We do not participate as preferred providers for any dental health insurance carrier.

However, please be assured that we will cooperate fully in documenting claims and completing the forms required to assist you in receiving your insurance benefits.

Patients are ultimately responsible for payment of all treatment charges.

Payment and Discount Policy

A statement of services rendered will be prepared for you at the completion of each appointment and payment would be appreciated at that time.

Finance charges are incurred on outstanding balances over 25 days.

For your convenience, we accept the following credit cards:

VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

For those patients who desire extended financing arrangements, we participate with Care Credit. This program offers payment plans ranging from 3 - 48 months.

Patients undergoing orthodontic treatment will be required to make a down payment at the beginning of treatment. A contract will then be prepared which will allow for the payment of the balance in monthly installments over a specified period of time.

Discounts are offered for:

1 - Payment at the time of service.
2 - Senior Citizen Services (65 & over).
3 - Pre-payment of orthodontic treatment fee.
